- IT Agency USA is not responsible for any direct fluctuations in outcomes (such as SEO rankings or Review drops) caused by third-party platform algorithm updates (e.g., Google, Trustpilot, Facebook).
3. Digital Products & Accounts Purchase
We sell various digital assets, including old websites, social media accounts, email accounts, and verified bank/crypto accounts.
- Delivery & Inspection: Clients must check the accounts immediately upon delivery. If there is any issue at the time of delivery, we will replace the account.
- Bans & Suspensions: Every third-party platform has its own strict policies. Once an active, working account is handed over, IT Agency USA holds no responsibility if the account gets restricted, limited, or banned due to the user’s activities.
- Legal Usage: Verified crypto and bank accounts must be used legally and at the user’s own risk. IT Agency USA takes no responsibility for any illegal activities conducted through these accounts.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- Advance Payment for Services: To confirm and initiate any IT service (such as Web Development, App Development, SEO, or Writing Services), a 50% advance payment is mandatory. Project work will commence only after this payment is confirmed. The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion or according to mutually agreed milestones.
- Digital Product Payment: For purchasing digital assets (e.g., emails, social accounts, bank accounts), full payment is required upfront unless a different agreement is explicitly made.
- Refund Policy: Since digital accounts cannot be securely returned once handed over, and time invested in digital services cannot be reversed, we do not offer refunds after an account is delivered or after a service has been satisfactorily completed. Partial or full refunds will only be considered if we fail to initiate the agreed-upon project due to technical reasons on our end.

- You agree not to use our website, services, or digital products for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
